Before we get started I would like to introduce myself by simply saying that my name is Sima Saboury. I am a licensed realtor working for my broker's license in sunny and beautiful Chico, CA. I have been living in Chico for almost 20 wonderful years and am looking forward to helping you with your real estate questions and needs. I understand every aspect of the market and can definitely say that buying and selling is tricky and at times can be a disappointment. Finding the perfect realtor to facilitate an easy and enjoyable experience whether it is your first time buying or fifth time selling can be complex, however my job is to make your life easier!

I spent fifteen years in my home country in Tehran Iran managing and running a large television company that of which gave me a number of different experiences in business, market, and advertising. I have continued to work for the community of Chico doing volunteer work for organizations like: The Boys and Girls Club and a number of other functions. Chico is a wonderful community for new families, college students, and so much more! Let's keep this wonderful community flourishing!

In general and in the simplest terms I treat each and every client with the respect and sincerity that I would expect in the most proficient and qualified matter. I feel that it is vital for realtor - client relationship to get to know your client and their needs in order to reach their wants and needs. I will go to great lengths to make my clients happy. It is my job to meet up to your expectations so that you are satisfied. When my clients are satisfied and happy with a deal, then I know that I have done my job right.
